Unidirectional carbon fiber tubing is mainly used by UD(unidirectional carbon fiber) carbon fiber,  The majority of our unidirectional carbon tubes are comprised of 0 degree and 90 degree plies with an occasional layup deploying  45 degree plies or 30 degree plies. most all of our roll wrapped carbon tubes have underlying layers of unidirectional carbon fiber,Some carbon tubes surface are 3K twill or 3K plain woven fabric. The Unidirectional carbon tubing surface are UD,No woven fabric.  Some people like K twill or 3K plain woven fabric, Some people like UD outside. The difference between them(3K plain or 3K twill or UD) is: strength is same.  3K twill or 3K plain woven price  is higher than UD.

 We can make a simple clean smooth finish, To keep the Unidirectional carbon tube's outer diameter (OD) accurate.
